Mailbox Products - Product personalisation
Innovation drives everything we do
Logos, text and colours can be specified
Product Personalisation
Mass production once meant the generation of identical products. However, with new technology we can now customise and personalise all our products to meet your specific needs.
As we have our own facility, a huge multidisciplinary team, and control the entire process from start to finish, we are able to offer a wide range of personalisation services. These include permanent hot foil diestamping, permanently stencilled graphics, moulded-in graphics, in-mould embossing, vinyl graphics, post-moulding graphics, barcoding and card holders.
Permanent diestamping
Permanent diestamping or hot foil printing is perfect for many of our items. It is particularly suitable for products that require frequent washing at high temperatures in food environments.
After you provide a logo or text, we produce a diestamp block to create a single colour permanent impression on the product. This creates a hard wearing and long-lasting graphic.
Permanent stencilled graphics
This personalisation process is suitable for use in the food preparation environment. It is ideal for larger graphics and bigger mouldings such as round bins, rotationally moulded trucks and IBCs or pallet tanks.
You just tell us what text, logo or artwork you want, and we will create it on our system.
We then use a specialist mould ink that, when exposed to a flame, makes the graphic permanent and scratch and solvent resistant, so it will never wear off. Using this process, we can produce any style of multicoloured text or graphic.
Moulded-in graphics
This process is used to create a permanent graphic for large-scale production runs and is suitable for multicoloured graphics. The graphic is applied to the moulding via a transfer during the moulding process. The graphics are integrated into the product surface during the manufacturing process, so they sit flush with the surface and are scratch and fade resistant. They also have a similar chemical resistance to the moulding material.
In mould Embossing
This process is used to create a permanent graphic for large-scale production runs.
The graphic is engraved into a removal plate and applied to the moulding during the moulding process. Integrating the graphics in relief into the product surface means this is a hardwearing and fade resistant option.
Vinyl graphics
Vinyl graphics are the perfect way to customise small numbers of products for use in less harsh environments. The process offers great flexibility in design and colours.
Post moulding graphics
Post-moulding graphics are similar to moulded-in graphics but applied after the manufacturing process. This gives greater flexibility but may not be suitable for products that will be used in very harsh environments.
Barcoding
Uniquely numbered barcoding (labels) provides instant identification of a container’s contents and a tracking facility through the distribution chain.
Card holders
Some of our containers are supplied with moulded-in card holders and stippled areas for self-adhesive labels, ideal for non-permanent identification. We can also supply different types of fixed card holders.

Digital thermal printing
YYou tell us what you want on your boxes or trucks. From this information, we create the artwork, which is then uploaded to the printing machine.
With this process, we can design everything from standard text or images to barcodes and numbers (sequential, if required).
