A leading manufacturer of Isoplas crosslinkable polyethylenes, Micropol has the in-house facilities to match our experience. This allows us to monitor and control manufacturing schedules and tolerances closely, to bring you a consistently first-class product.

High quality rotational powders

Micropol was established on-site in the early 1970s to provide a service to our own rotational moulding sister company. The manufacturing entity was then extended to offer the service to the industry in general.

To this day, Micropol facilities, combined with our advanced technical laboratory, give us the edge in development by enabling us to use our own range of moulding machines with a range of proprietary tools to ensure that the quality of the products is right before leaving the premises.

With our commitment not to substitute any substandard imitation grades, we continue to supply rotational moulding materials based on the best prime polymers available. Furthermore, Microlink technology is constantly being developed to add extra toughness, durability and chemical resistance to conventional rotational moulding materials.

Our extensive manufacturing facilities on one large site in Greater Manchester contain single screw and twin screw co-rotating extruders, reactive extrusion lines and eight production mills.
